When Will You Receive A Reply?

All customer support queries are responded to as a maximum priority, so you can expect a reply within a couple of hours, up to 24 hours (we do have to sleep!).

For non-customer emails, due to the volume of email I receive it can take several weeks to reply to your message. My assistant will reply to your general queries within a day or two.
